Had three official interviews and one additional interview at request of hiring team to meet more people, was told they loved me every step of the way and were only between me and one other candidate, then rejected me with no feedback.

Interview
The interview didn't take long and there were minimal questions. I was told to be looking for the official offer from HR and was congratulated for being selected. However, a week later, I get an email saying I didn't qualify and didn't get it.

Interview
My recruiter set up the interview. He said they usually have feedback the following day. The feedback never happened, in fact he ghosted me for the rest of the week only responding on Monday that I didn't get the position.
