Interview
Initially you complete an assessment online after applying. If they want to move forward you get scheduled for a phone interview. Once you pass that you then get invited to a face to face interview. For starters let me just tell you I was impressed with the building! It was beautiful. So modern and high end. I was really impressed. After the face to face you will have to complete a bilingual assessment after that the background and the offer will come !! Good luck

It is a behaviorial based interview. Expect to be asked about past positions and what you would do in certain situations. Just relax and be yourself... Confidence is everything 😁

I arrived at a building down off of Sam Houston tollway, It was a general or rather a mass interviewing process but you were interviewed one on one. Before I was invited to interview on site I had a Spanish-speaking interview over the phone
