I applied on May 1st, 2018 for Anthem in Las Vegas. I received an email to complete testing for the position on May 15th and I submitted the test on May 18th. I was offered to schedule a phone interview on May 23rd and confirmed my interview for May 25th. The phone interview was very easy and comfortable. The interviewer asked questions about my job history and education level. Then proceeded to ask why I am choosing Anthem and how I think I would be a great fit. She explained the position and described a typical workday. Then she gave me scenario questions to respond to and finished the call with explaining the company benefits and the time frame (approximately 2 weeks) of when to look for an email for further consideration. I received an email on June 8th to schedule an in person interview. I scheduled for June 22nd and the interview was set up as a panel interview because it’s 2 interviewers, but feels like a 1 on 1. The process worked like “speed dating”. You get called in, speak with 2 interviewers, ask questions and then you’re done. No more than 30 minutes. I was explained the position and asked if I had experience in the industry. I was asked what systems I’ve worked with such as, phone systems, monitors, computer programs, etc. The interviewers asked me scenario questions just like during the phone interview. They proceeded to inform me about the work schedules/hours, policies/benefits, training, and company background. Then they asked if I had any questions about the company or the job. As the interview ended, they said training will start July 30th and to expect an email for further consideration in 2-4 weeks. I will be hitting the 2 week mark on Friday, July 6th. I haven’t heard anything yet. But I’m not giving up hope.
