I recently was interviewing for a provider relations representative. I had a bad experience with the compensation where they offered very low compensation, considering I had 5 years at the company and position. So prior to agreeing to an interview, I had to ask what was the MRP for the position because the salary range wasn't listed. They told me 68k. After 2 interviews, I was given an offer of 54k when I previously earned 70k. I attempted to negotiate for 62k due to experience, and instead of negotiating or anything, they pulled the offer. They then made the offer to folks who I assume accepted that low 54k offer, which is like the minimum for the salary range. The hr guy didn't even inform me until I questioned the automated email I received with no communication.
