Interview
Round 1 is a team phone interview with 3-4 people asking a series of questions. Round 2 is a 1:1 phone interview with the hiring manager. The interviews were all on the phone because the learning & development teams mostly telecommute.

All questions were behavioral, where they described scenarios and asked for examples of how you handled similar situations. For instance, as a project manager, describe a situation when you had difficulty getting the information you needed from people, how did you handle it to keep your project on track.
