      Tech Recruiter Interview

      I interviewed at Elevano

      Interview

I was contacted by a man and spoke with him over the phone over a 20 minute phone call. His demeanor was very serious and felt like a final interview rather than an initial conversation (which is strange as this was my first encounter with this company). He asked questions, I answered, he didn't respond and proceeded to ask another question. I would suggest telling your candidates a bit more about your company and making conversation so that it is a more personable experience for future candidates.
