I interviewed with this company for an HR director role 2 months ago. The process started out great - I interviewed with a recruiter who was very knowledgeable of the role and the company, and she made me even more excited for the opportunity. I then had a second (virtual) interview with the person who would be my direct supervisor and he was friendly enough but also seemed a little vague about job responsibilities. I know he was new to the company though, so that didn't deter me from wanting to move forward in the interview process. The recruiter was communicative, always following up with me within a day or 2 after my interviews and letting me know about the next steps, until I received an email from her saying the supervisor would be taking over the rest of the interviews for this position and that I should expect to hear from him shortly. I never heard anything from anyone, not even a rejection email. It was like I just dropped off their radar. This made me question how the company is run and organized.
