Eliada Homes interview questions

I was contacted by HR about a week after submitting my application online. I set up an interview for later that week. The interviewer was a different person than the HR employee who I had communicated with, and she seemed very young. She read questions off of a piece of paper, was very late to arrive, and seemed distracted. Not a great first impression of the organization!

Interview process made you feel good; like you would have opportunities to grow with company. After being there for a short time, you begin to feel underappreciated and like there is no place for you to grow to.
