Interview
First, there will be a machine-based interview, where the system will randomly present 7-9 questions. Once you click "start," the computer will automatically record the interview. After passing that, there will be an online meeting to introduce the company, followed by a final in-person interview.

The interview process was a video interview that took less than 10 minutes. After the interview, we had to do an online training zoom call and then we were allocated with our rotas.

Interview
An initial phone call to confirm and introduce myself. Then I had to attend an in-person group interview for an hour which was shortly followed by an individual one to one interview which asked a few more in-depth questions about what kind of brands I would like to work for and my availability.
