I submitted my resume and was contacted via the email address I provided. I was then scheduled for an interview, which was conducted in two stages: first with HR, followed by a member of the management team.
After the interview, I was informed that I would be contacted via email regarding the outcome. Within a week, I received an email confirming that I had successfully passed the interview process.

They mainly asked about my availability, specifically whether I was willing to work on weekends, holidays, or night shifts. They also asked about my experience in customer support and assessed my ability to respond in English effectively.

Interview
Usual background check - questions about educational attainment and skills relevant to the position - followed by a fairly lengthy skills test (translation, English to Russian), general English fluency test, and IQ test, all sent via email.
Promptly sent in all the required documents and received no further response - not even acknowledgement of RECEIPT - with the HR representative ignoring my follow-up emails and messages (left on read), and refusing to take my follow-up calls after a certain point.
This company has absolutely no respect for applicants' time.
