Interview
Relatively straightforward with a pretty quick turnaround. Reviews are conducted with management. Mine was remote but that may have changed to always in person now - not sure. The interview was probably about 45 minutes to an hour long and was mostly geared towards assessing knowledge and experience.

I was asked quite extensively about my specialist knowledge. Especially around benefit led sales of those products.
