Elite Sports Clubs interview questions

Initial phone interview, HR person seemed under prepared and unaware of basic expectations of the role in question. Questions were fairly standard pre-interview fare. Was told follow-up would happen within the next week even if not moving forward to next interviews. Over a month later still no communication (took a while to set up the first interview as well, to the point I had even forgot I had applied for a job with them).
