Very welcoming environment. The interview was straightforward -the questions were all related to the position, the organization and to see if I would be a good fit. You could tell they cared about their clients and the community.

Interview
HR contacts you after you apply for a job. They schedule an interview and then send you the contact number and names of the people you will be interviewing with. When you get to the interview, it is a round table interview, so there is more than one employee interviewing you at the same time. The person you are interviewing with cannot discuss pay with you because HR handles that. So, you will not know what the pay range is unless you ask HR.

Are you aware that this is a grant funded position? The position expires on (insert date). It may be removed, but there is no guarantee. Are you willing to work knowing this?
Because we are grant funded, we cannot proselytize (we cannot make reference to God or church) even though we are a faith based organization. Is this something you will have a problem with?
