Elle Communications (CA) interview questions

Had to film a video of myself answering questions they asked. Then once I made it past that, I had a video interview with two girls who worked there. They asked me about my resume, my aspirations, my desire to work there. Pretty awkward but not too bad.

we began emailing back and forth in order to find an appropriate time to meet. when that didn't work out we decided on just doing a Skype interview. the next day we had our skype interview and it only lasted about 10-15 minutes and felt very unprofessional whereas i was extremely prepared for the interview.
