I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Elliott Browne (Munich, Bavaria) in Dec 2019
Interview
I was being interviewed for a position in Germany. I did not get any response from them in over two months only for them to contact me again asking whether I was interested or not.
The process was very frustrating and the person that I called was very rude. If you're a Data Scientist, avoid them at all costs, there is many other decent recruiting companies who will work with you, not against you.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They contacted me two months later asking me whether I am still interested in a new job position and whether I still have the same desired salary for the future.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Elliott Browne (New York, NY) in Sept 2018
Interview
Easy, sometimes different since internal recruiter is disorganized. I skipped talking to her because she wasn't available and went straight to onsite with the team leads. Typically it is a phone interview with internal recruiter then interview with internal recruiter and team leads.
First there was an generic phone screening. The HR person I talked to was very friendly and clearly explained the process. She said they would be moving me forward and then there would be two Skype interviews. After my first Skype interview I never heard back from them at all.
