Apply online then you get a pre recorded video interview then you get a graduate assessment day. There were three stages, group interview, 1 on 1 interview and technical test. It took around three hours to complete the assessment day.

Ice-breaking activities followed by any of an interview with directors, a technical test and a group presentation depending on which group you are in. Generally not too difficult and quite enjoyable process.
