EllisDon interview questions

The interview process consisted of an asynchronous video interview conducted through an online platform. I was presented with a series of pre-recorded questions and given a limited amount of time to prepare and record my responses for each one. There was no live interaction with an interviewer, which required me to be concise and well-structured in my answers. Overall, the process was efficient and allowed me to carefully organize my thoughts before responding.

It started with HR phone screening then 2 hr in-person interview with senior manager, followed by 1.5 hr with manager and then 1 hr with both VP and manager . Seemed the manager didn't even want to be there at the interview ,most of the questions she was asking were not even properly framed and causing confusion, In the entire 4.5 hour AS400 QA Analyst interview , not a single specific AS400 question was asked. Also, Been more than 2 months and I’ve sent several follow-up emails to the HR, but I haven't heard back from them.
