Ellsworth interview questions

Screener interviewer said many times how he's not about ghosting candidates, then proceeded to ghost me for a month until finally responded via email after being contacted many times, and said I wasn't a candidate anymore. One of the most unprofessional screen interviews I've had.

The recruiter was unprepared and did not really ask me any questions pertaining to my experience or background. He at one point could not even provide me with the job description and it was obvious that he did not properly vet me as a candidate. It was also clear that after speaking with the recruiter, I was not a fit for the role so I am not sure why the recruiter bothered to reach out to me despite my resume clearly outlining my experience not being in tandem for what they thought they were looking for.
