After the hiring manager offered me the position, the recruiter behaved awfully, asking me if I could get a partner visa instead (despite the fact I told them this was not possible and they offered me a work visa from the first call) so then the process was delayed by over two months, they were ghosting me, and I didn't know I they were working on getting me the visa. the truth was that they didn't want to pay the salary that was required to gran me a highly skilled migrant work visa, which would have been ready so fast the whole thing was a headache, and that recruiter was very unprofessional
