I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Elsmere Education
Interview
It took about 7-8 weeks in total, three phone interviews and one in person interview. Communication and scheduling were very slow. More or less the person in the role would be responsible for communicating with about 300 students and ensuring they progress in their program. A lot of prescriptive (finding the answer for students) type support, similar to a call/chat center for support.

Question 1
This role is very customer service driven. Don't expect it to be student-centered or anything like a student support role would be at a traditional institution. The interviewers were very friendly but did not have backgrounds in higher education. Questions were more customer service oriented. There is no need for knowledge of advising practices but seems important to have a friendly, helpful demeanor and willingness to work hard and finish all of your calls before the end of each day.
It is easy to apply without a cover letter or anything, so it's easy to get an interview. I have plenty of student and customer service experience. You will have a case load of 300+ students. I wasn't too thrilled with several aspects, like finding out afterwards you have to have a Masters degree to get the job. Also, the interviewer made it sound like you will probably be going in the office full time eventually, which is definitely not something I am interested in. I'm not sure I would have fit in the culture there, and it seems kinda kool-aidy.
