Described one year process of being able to move up and become manager and have others under you, you’re really just selling phones and it seemed like mlm scheme. They tried to make it seem that moving up quickly is easy.
They had a very specific and detailed interview process. It was a 3 round scenario. I was offered they position after the 3rd round interview. Each round I was told a particular time to expect a call. Each time, I got the call.
