Come in for a work interview to get some insight on several different roles in the work place. There is HPS, Surgery Tech, Assistant Surgery Tech, and Recovery. Usually its a group or a small number of other people that comes in for a work interview so the group will split up and shadow an experienced worker in their respective role to see how they do there role for about an hour and afterwards get called for 1 on 1 interview about the work interview.
