      I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Embark Veterinary (Boston, MA) in Dec 2019

      Interview

      Quick and easy! Once they decided they liked me as a candidate I completed a phone interview, then an in-person interview within a week, and had an offer within a week after that. I then started a week later. 3 weeks from the first call to start date. I started part-time and was offered a full-time position in less than a month.

      Question 1

      The interview was more conversational than a series of questions. It was me, a CS Rep, and the Manager. We talked about our love of dogs and my interest in learning more about genetics. We talked a lot about other customer service-type jobs and being an athlete and how those experiences translate well into a career in customer support. Very enjoyable interview!! We all knew right away that it was a great fit and they were comfortable telling me as much.

      Took 2 months from start to finish. Glad I was able to finally accept the job but a hiring process should not take 2 months for an entry level role.
