Interview
I had a phone interview, that went good but it took two weeks before I even started working because I couldn't get a hold of anyone. The lady that interviewed me even texted me at eleven o'clock at night about orientation the next day and it never even happened.
I thought the interview process was pretty simple. I was interviewed by a manager and then someone higher up. I was then ghosted out of the blue which I found very unprofessional. A simple automated rejection email would have been nice. I felt like my time was wasted.
