First was a phone call with one of the PAs then an in person interview with 6 people and both interviews were of essentially the same questions (why EMS, why ER, strengths/weakness peers would say about you, etc). Then submit references and do background check.

More formal than conversational. It felt robotic. After discussing with other candidates, this does not appear to be typical. There was 3 PA's and me and another PA on zoom during the meeting.
