I applied online. I interviewed at Emergency Staffing Solutions (Dallas, TX) in Dec 2020
Interview
Lack of organizational clarity and no formal process. I feel bad for wasting the time of the operators that perform the workload as upper level management is clueless in regard to how a business should be run. Good luck keeping top talent.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There were no formal questions. I was the one asking all the questions, which is problematic and a clear lack of organizational oversight. I understand that the majority of office staff is working remotely, however online video
interviews do exist. Pathetic interview process and I feel bad for the operators that answer to an unorganized leadership.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Emergency Staffing Solutions (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2013
Interview
Went into the office and met a manager, toured the office. It was a very brief and easy interview. The employees seemed to be friendly and like what they were doing from a first impression.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Emergency Staffing Solutions (Plano, TX) in Mar 2015
Interview
Went in with HR director. Talked for five min. Then sat with the COO for about two minutes and was asked to come in for a working interview. I scheduled the working interview. WORKED ONE FULL SHIFT with promise of pay. Was told I should expect an offer by end of week. Never heard from HR director again without me prompting the conversation through multiple follow ups
