I interviewed with both the owners one on one. They were both clear and concise for what the position was. There was no hidden agenda. They outlined the goals and expectation of my position as well as the company goals.

The first round was in person and lasted about an hour. It was with one of the owners. The second round interview was a half day with the team to see daily process. They then take you to lunch with a few team members.
