Interview
I had four phone interviews, they were not too difficult. They mostly go over your experience and soft skills. They were going to schedule an additional in-person interview then the pandemic hit and I did not get a response.

Interview
Interview went well. They asked about my knowledge of the company and then to elaborate on some of the things I had on my resume. It definitely wasn't a technical interview but they asked a lot of technical questions about my experiences.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Emergent Space Technologies in Dec 2015
Interview
A 20-minute phone screen, followed by a 30-minute technical phone interview, followed by a 3-hour on-site interview. The phone screen consisted of general, factual questions about work eligibility, education, and resume. The "technical" phone call was actually largely behavioral, as was the in-person interview. The in-person interview consisted of a 2-on-1 interview with the managers I had spoken with in my previous phone calls. They went up and down my resume pretty thoroughly, and threw at me some hypothetical work scenarios to gauge my responses. I had lunch with both managers, and was then showed around the facility a bit. The conversations went well, so I was a bit surprised to get a rejection letter about 4 days later.
