I found the interview process to be quite confusing and lacking structure. The interviewer was detached, which made it harder to be engaged. I also felt that she was very biased in her approach. It wasn't a constructive dialogue. Overall, it wasn’t the most professional experience.
I applied online. I interviewed at Emil Anderson Group
Interview
The initial pre-screening communication was clear and concise. Unfortunately, the interview with the hiring manager lacked structure and coherence, making it challenging to understand the role's expectations. Questions seemed disjointed and non-related to the qualifications of the role.
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Emil Anderson Group (Kelowna, BC) in Apr 2018
Interview
Initially got an over the phone interview with HR as a screening process - asked fairly basic questions. Then a second in person interview with HR and a Manager that had more a personal fit feel than some other interviews.
