Very easygoing, nice, relaxed. Mostly wanted to see what interest you had in the political field and how you would contribute to their company's mission. Met over Zoom and asked about how my previous experiences would help the team.

Very straightforward interview process. Asked very thought-provoking questions. Be sure you come prepared to answer questions about the candidates they endorse (i.e., who is your favorite candidate and why). Make it personal! And, again, do your research. That will really impress them.

Very easy interview process, wanted to get to know you as a person rather than another candidate. The questions were all behavioral rather than technical. Wanted to see what you knew about the industry as a whole and what you were excited to see with future elections.
