The process starts with a Test (triage) - it is meant to test the candidate's abilities for problem solving, logical reasoning, team work and other criteria.
1st Interview with HR. Basic and common questions.

Interview
First there is a placement test, follow up by an interview with HR. After the first interview I was invited to be part of the recruitment day, where there was a short introduction about the company followed by 3 interviews.
