Question 1
If the R&D tells you something, the sales asks you for something and the procurement says only this is possible, what would you do ?
Lots of consulting-type questions. I suggest preparing for this to get used to the line of questioning. Sample types: How many ping pong balls can fit in a Boeing airplane? What is x multiplied by x? The goal is not to have a correct answer, but for them to understand your line of thinking
