Interview
Very smooth process. A recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn about the position, a first phone interview was set up with the Director, MGR and one of the employees. It was strictly technical about the tools they use and experience that I have. Another interview was set up for the following week which was behavioral and team fit questions.
