I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Emory Healthcare in July 2009
Interview
i received interview by talking directly to department director. once i found out that the were looking to fill a position i contacted human resources. if human resources does not list a position refer human resourced to department director. sometimes open positions are not listed through human resources. human resources will set up an interview with a nurse recruiter, and then a seperate interview with unit director. interview with nurse recruiter consists of question to see how you would respond in a particular situation. ex. tell me how you resolved a conflict with previous manager. Tell me how you resolved a difficult situation with patient family member.

Question 1
give me an example of how you have dealt with change in your workplace.
Relatively easygoing with a lot of behavioral questions. Straightforward and wanted to know more about me as a person. Interviews vary location to location. Midtown was more forms and St. Joseph’s was more informal.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Emory Healthcare (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2015
Interview
It was a very smooth process. It was a round table interview with the managers from all the units. I was nervous at first but everyone was really nice. You introduce yourself and they start asking you questions.
