The interview process was very transparent and took about 3 months between the application and 2 rounds of interviews. Both interviews were similar and lasted about 45 minutes. All questions were straightforward and my interviewers were engaging and kind.

Interviewed by 2 people, the director and lead NP. It was conversational and went pretty smooth. I had one interview and was told I had to shadow to see if I liked the job.

Interview questions are behavioral, tell me about a time you provided good customer service, tell me about a time an error occurred and how did you handle it, etc

It was done collectively by the director and other staff members with scenario type questions. Each person had a list of questions numbered from one to 10 and they took turns asking questions and jotting down my responses.
