I went through 2 rounds of interview. One phone screen and one online interview. They asked about technic questions and behavior questions based on my background. there were two staffs in the interview. One is the PI, the other one is the technical advisor.

In the beginning, they let me to talk about my research on my phd program, In the progress they asked me about the context of my research and how does the research relevant to the position, they asked able the key points which are close to the job.
