Met a person at Barnes and Noble to go over what they were looking for in the position. This person only knew what he/she was looking for. He/she spoke most of the time. Basically they did not care what I brought to the table only that I knew how to use a application that nobody else in the firm knew.

if I was given full disclosure from the questions I asked, such as how is the firm doing financially ?"Great" was the answer I received. from the CEO. when the truth was the firm is scraping by.
