Employers Resource interview questions

Two phone interviews and three in-person interviews, as well as a book to read and personality profile test to perform online. The process seemed excessively long to me at the time, but I have since experienced others this long. I guess it is the new normal. The interview with the IT department seemed most useful, but even then it was weeks before hearing back.

They looked for the right kind of personality rather than a lot of experience or a proven track record. They wanted to hire someone who would represent the company well and would make customers want to do business with the company. The process was fairly informal for an HR company, more of a discussion than a question and answer format.
