I interviewed for Analyst business systems.
They were 4 rounds
1. Screening by HR
2. Technical round by senior manager
3. Managerial round
4. HR round
Every round HR will be updating on the status. For me it almost one month to complete all the rounds. The process was smooth in each and every round.
Got selected for the role.
Naveen and Chaitra from HR department are amazing people who coordinated and organised to the best. Answered all the questions in detail. Iam so happy with interview process.

Question 1
.For Business analyst role
1. Mostly on JIRA technical questions.
2. How do you manage different stakeholders and how do you conduct refinement meetings.
3. General questions based on experience and about the topics mentioned in resume.
To potential candidates interviewing here - don’t waste your time. The amount of time I spent interviewing here was too much (spoke with 11 people and devoted too many HOURS to this). The confusion, lack of communication and the disrespect I received was abhorrent. Don’t give them the satisfaction of using you as an HR metric as well.

Interview
15 minute interview with HR representative to review your background. After you pass this step you have an hour long interview with hiring manager and her select team. This interview took place on site.
