Empower Pharmacy interview questions

Recruiter was great very clear and responsive! The process was laid out up front, the recruiter was open to providing feedback and was kind when I asked questions after they declined to move forward with me. Overall good experience leads you to believe they most likely have a good work culture at this company.

The interview process was well communicated and structured. Recruiting team was clear in what to expect and who I would be speaking with. Follow up could’ve been better but overall pretty solid and transparent. Interviews were conversational in nature and very much a two way discussion of the opportunity and company. All was good until I was ghosted receiving zero follow up after many conversations.
