Empower Software interview questions

It took a long time due to executive management and process changes at the time. But was overall a positive experience. It was many years ago and do not recall the questions they asked. This company has been acquired for client lists recently and is not going to be interviewing anyone ever again.

Phone interview and On site Interview. All questions were situational and about past experience. Very friendly and relaxed environment. Asked about teamwork, leadership, analytical skills and previous experience and overview of position.
