After arriving at the office I met with T.J., the CEO. He informed me this first interview was going to be very brief around 10 minutes. He looked over my resume then asked me a few questions about how I found the position and why I wanted to apply to their company. It was fairly easy and straight forward until he began to talk about the position. Similar to the previous review, he also informed me that I would be starting out at entry level in Sam's Club or Costco "promoting" different products. He kept mentioning there was fast growth and potential to be a "Senior Executive" within 6-9 months but I knew that something was off about his offer. This was not in the job description or on their website! I immediately had a bad feeling about this company.
After T.J. the CEO explained what the position was, he sent me to a Sam's Club where a promotional event was going on right after our first interview. This was considered the second round interview, and I met with another employee there. I watched them "promote" products (go up to shopping customers and ask them if they want to try their product they had). Again, not in the job description. It's a bad sales job - don't fall for what they tell you !!!!
