I applied through other source. I interviewed at EnSafe
Interview
I had a recruiter text me about this position. After back and forth, I decided to not move forward to the interview, as I felt I was not aligned with this position. I think the recruiter was pushing to fill this position with anyone at this point.
I applied online. I interviewed at EnSafe (London, England) in Nov 2022
Interview
A very brief phone call, then a face to face. Very friendly, but also very technical and professional. Overall, a very good interview process, and I would recommend this interview process to any one who likes concise interview processes.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EnSafe (Houston, TX) in June 2025
Interview
1 hour phone screen, 1 hour teams meeting with direct supervisor, 1.5 teams meeting with Finance manger, 1 hour interview in person. Very detailed questions and the people seem nice but something seemed off about the culture. Very old school, in office 5 days a week. You are expected to travel monthly to the offices you support. They try to sell you on the ESOP but you have to stay 7 years to fully vest and the company is only roughly 30% employee owned from what I was told. Offices seemed nice but something tells me if I would have received an offer it would have been low. Refused to share benefits info after the 3rd round interview.
