It was an obligatory induction/welcome conversation and presentation of the company over Zoom, not an interview (the job offer had already been made via email). The purpose of the call had been clearly described by email.

Interview
The interview process was straightforward and well-organized. It began with a formal grammar test, followed by editing sample assignments. I received detailed feedback on my sample edits, which helped me understand their expectations clearly. After my selection, I attended a brief induction call where I was explained the entire workflow and role expectations. They ensured I understood everything and were encouraging throughout. Overall, the experience was positive, and I felt respected and well-supported during the entire process.

During the interview, I was asked whether I would use AI tools in editing and whether I think AI will replace editors.
The interview process was smooth, with no major challenges. I enjoyed the interview in a relaxing atmosphere. I was relaxed, feeling at home all the time with no pressure. I enjoyed every bit so much.
