Two processes. One was the recorded session with a few questions and the next round was with two managers from Alberta. Overall, that was a good experience. But the annoying part was the decision email that took almost one month to receive.

Interview
Invited to complete the 1st step of screening process through HireVue - a mix of basic behavioural questions. About 2-3 weeks after, I was invited to have a panel interview with two senior members of the team - which were incredibly pleasant to talk to and informative about the organization. Casual interview, another mix of behavioural questions + case scenarios.

Interview
2 meetings, one with manager, one with director. We talked mostly about my experiences and the culture at enbridge. They used behavioural type questions too. These included many situation experiences.
