Audition dates are usually posted ahead of time. Interview Panel audition in bikini (not many questions just name and a fun fact), follow up interview is with second interview panel and more in depth questions, drug test is the last step

Interview
Usually two rounds of interviews. First round you’re photographed in a bikini and heels, and asked a few questions about yourself. If you receive a callback, the second interview they will ask you a few more in depth questions.
