Was a phone interview that took about 20-30 mins. Asked me general questions about previous employment and why I wanted to become an electrician. Then benefits and what to expect while being employed to the company.

Interview
First I had a zoom interview, and then a few days later I had an interview with the job site superintendant. Lauren and Todd were very personable and seemed legitimately interested in bringing me on.
