One scheduled zoom interview, and one in person interview to discuss previous job experience, interest in position, and reason for applying. Seem mainly focused on knowing if you have av experience and if you are customer service oriented.

The Interview process lasted for about 2-3 months. I applied, heard back 3 days later and scheduled for an interview that same week. I then did not hear back until 6 weeks later saying my interview was successful.
