Interview
i had an initial call with hiring manager, followed by a relevant task and then i moved on with an interview with Marketing Director to discuss details. Seamless process, normal times.
There was a preliminary interview call, which was roughly twenty minutes long. The interviewer asked multiple questions to gauge understanding of the organization and interest in the position. There was a follow up case study, which took a few hours to complete.
Process consisted of multiple interviews with board members (3) and the global president. Questioning was thorough but generally friendly and not confrontational. Several interviewers used hypothetical situations related to candidate recruitment, company evaluation, board management and other topics. I learned later that multiple blind reference checks were also conducted. Overall it was a positive experience.
