Endeavor Marketing Group interview questions

First interview was good, there were a lot of applicants so that was a little off putting but the interview went well and was called back for a second and possibly third interview immediately after. The second interview was with a different person who had to leave the table multiple times to be sick in the bathroom while in the interview. This interview dragged and was much more prompted than the first. The conversation did not flow as easily but still made it to the third interview. Third interview was directly with the owner and he was very easygoing and easy to interview with.

The interview process consisted of many individuals going through and picking anyone gullible to work for the company. I was overqualified for the position but was still treated as if I had barely passed. Sad to know this was a MLM and worse of all using his military status as a means to seem inviting. Coming from a military family that is disrespectful. Though if MLM is your style this is the place.
